Honourable President, Dear Brother, I have learnt with deep sorrow that several of your citizens lost their lives or got injured as a result of the terror attacks that took place in Balochistan and Kyhber-Pakhtunkwa provinces. I strongly condemn these heinous terrorist attacks perpetrated against the peace and tranquility of Pakistan which aims to derail the internal stability of your country, particularly ahead of the elections drawing closer.
May the mercy of Allah be upon those who lost their lives on these grievous events. On behalf of the Turkish Nation, and on my own behalf, I convey my sincere condolences to Your Excellency Dear Brother, to the friendly and brotherly people of Pakistan and to the relatives of the deceased and wish swift recovery to those injured.

I have been deeply saddened to learn that around 150 of our Pakistani brothers have lost their lives and almost 300 of them were injured as a result of the terror attacks that took place in Balochistan and Kyhber-Pakhtunkwa provinces. Turkey will always stand against all types of acts perpetrated against the tranquility and security of the people of Pakistan and aiming to derail the internal stability of friendly Pakistan.
I firmly believe that you will successfully hold the 2013 elections on its regular course by getting your country through these hard times.
On behalf of my Nation, Government and myself, I convey my sincere condolences to You, Dear Brother, and to the brotherly people of Pakistan through You. I wish the mercy of Allah be upon the deceased and wish swift recovery to those injured.
